Paul Morabito is part of the Spencerport Wrestling Team popularly known as the Spencerport Rangers. Spencerfort Rangers is considered an elite team. They have performed well at the NYS Qualifier Tournament. Paul Morabito alongside Enzo Zagari (215 lbs), Brad Englert (189 lbs), Geoff Brown (103 lbs), Scott Barrett (112 lbs) earned the wildcard births and will joining Joe Inzana in Albany. Paul Morabito is a senior student and it is his second time to earn an All-State honor. Given the results of the fights, Spencerport placed third at the tournament.

High school wrestling is not a lax sport. The competition is very high and students really give their best to represent their school. Wrestling is a battle of strength, courage and determination nonetheless, compared to entertainment wrestling there are no props used. Athletes battle it out following by stringent rules to ensure the safety of the athletes.

During the NYS Tournament, wrestlers battle it out in the first divisions, then the preliminary rounds and finals. On the first division, Paul Morabito won against Mujeeb Ghifari of Curtis-P. Paul Morabito then faced Tony Carlo but unfortunately losses. Tony Carlo won second place in the tournament.

Spencerport High School also provides for top-notch facilities to address the needs of the students which include: two gymnasiums, cafeterias and pool.
