Here are 10 Top Tips on how to recognise and cope with stress
Performance management and stress could be discussed at an annual Appraisal. An employee may not realise the impact stress could have on their performance. If their needs lie at the heart of their behaviour, this may subconsciously drive their choices and decisions. These needs may include a need to be in control, a need to be liked or a strong need for perfection, all of which could create scenarios with stressful outcomes. Offer them one2One coaching or mentoring support, this will help them identify what behaviour or habits they need to change and what new approaches they can adopt. This could then be progressed through an action plan, reviewed periodically. A Personal Coach or Mentor will hold them accountable to take some action. Recommend that they have a health check with their GP, and to start taking responsibility for their own stress management. Stress related illnesses are avoidable, and therefore a complete lifestyle assessment would be beneficial with the emphasis on reducing alcohol intake, eating a sensible diet, and avoidance of junk food. Encourage them to delegate, prioritise and become personally more organised, e.g. by using a task list, setting realistic deadlines, proper diary and time management Provide some opportunities for them to do some strategic planning and to allocate time for this in their schedule Encourage them to learn some relaxation techniques, e.g. by taking up a relaxing hobby like fishing or Tai Chi. These will have a beneficial effect on their health by reducing stress hormones, lowering blood pressure, creating a happier state of mind leading to better sleep, more energy and resilience to stress. Provide options for them to look into their own work-life balance, i.e. by not taking work home/on holiday and using technology to make this easier for them with remote working for instance Discuss setting realistic goals and not to over commit themselves Introduce some coaching techniques to help them pause and reflect on the consequences of their behaviour. They should be encouraged to adopt new ways of handling stressful situations, handling themselves in a crisis, and conflict management – perhaps by attending workshops focussed on emotional intelligence. Help them to identify the warning signs of stress, i.e. binge eating or drinking, poor sleep patterns, aggressive behaviour, or stress related illnesses, e.g. migraine, eczema, IBS. The overall recommendation being that sensible stress management is a long term solution, which although it requires commitment provides a viable solution much more effective than the short-term solution, i.e. going sick and being put on medication.
Setting realistic expectations and identifying if your staff are under stress will save money and improve staff retention and morale in the longer term.

Take a day for reflection every now and then.
Everyday goes by for new thoughts and ideas. It is fascinating to think that you can reflect the days and no one can accuse you for being wrong. I mean who decides what is right and wrong? If we are lucky we wake up in the morning.
When you go to bed in the night what do you think?
Are there any reflections? Does it have to be any dramas for your thoughts to show up? There are so many opportunities out there. Think and reflect.
Like my day today. It started off little later then normal. No worries. I was working by the computer to figure out some stuff. In the afternoon I had a late lunch with my youngest daughter and later on my oldest one came a long. We took a cup of coffee together. It was nice weather and I called a friend of mine to go for a walk. He showed up. We were walking for an hour and a half. It is refreshing and nice to catch up with a good friend. That’s the good part of living the life I do. I am deciding my time to work and travel where ever and where to go. You can do that too.
It is a typical net working life. Make the commitment of the time to work. Decide also witch days you like to work. Keep in mind to plan. If you fail to plan then you plan to fail.
It is vital with the planning.
Set up a goal. Make a goal of where you ant to be in a year, in five years and in a ten years plan. Also make a wish of the money. How much do you want to make in what period of time? Are there any people to involve in your plans?
Like a family, are you married or have a spouse?
Please involve them too. This does take time to develop.
It does not come over the night. If you have a full time job let that support your long term goal to become an independent representative. To live the life you deserve.
We were born to be free and work with the things we love to do. I think Universe is always looking for ways to keep us happy. It works both mentally and physically.
Why not let the nature to have its course? I am not willing to stop or change it. Everyday I am thankful and careful of the choices I make. Is it really that easy people ask me?
Of course I reply. But it takes a while to figure out what you want and what you expect from life.
That’s why I think it is important to reflect upon things, events that you are going through every day.
If you are not doing it for you who is? Do not depend on other people. You can not blame them anyway.
It is all up to you. So get up and take some actions. Make the commitment that your life has been waiting for. Because you are worth it. The best you can be.
Organising the body in your human anatomy class means assigning matters in reasonable order. It can get rather complex when it gets to the human body. because you are not rather certain what to begin with. The typical tendency is to begin with the skeletal system.
This is a good option when you are prepared to get into the subject of the systems, but your not quite there nonetheless. You need to go backwards one step further. and learn what is the skeletal system made of. This is easy, its simply made of cells like the entire body is. Once you have accomplished your learning of cells. you will then be happy to move forward.
When you get to the matter of the skeletal system you will learn that its what controls your body up. So what is the body? Yeah, its all the systems and organs that you are going to pick up about, but the body is made up of tissue.
Where the skeleton carries the body up, its the tissue that keeps everything in. Without tissue, the interior of the lungs would flow out. Without tissue, the inside of the kidneys would be open. This applies to every organ and built-in item with the body. The tissue is the case, or the blanket. You need to recognize what the tissue is made up of.
You are going to say its made up of cells and thats right. Nonetheless all these cells collectively bond together to make what? Tissue naturally. Thats not where this portion of the work ends. You require to now know the various structures of the tissue.
To get your notes for this portion of the topic recall that you will be learning the tissue in layers because it is made of levels. You must acquire and have a good understanding of what every layer plays and its procedure. Reason being, you are going to require to know this so you will under the structures of the organs ,when you reach to that portion of your Human Anatomy studies.
In your note book you will almost certainly have illustrations showing out the major fields of your notes. The easiest way you can acquire, is draw these every time you cover a point that has a photograph explaining it. Do your greatest to do your illustrations stepwise with mini box notes below every drawing. Color the drawing and check the edge of the font with the comparable color.
If you abide by these methods throughout your whole learning of the Human Anatomy, you will have your wisdom stored in a very precise methodical order. Then when it occurs time to write exams, you will automatically advance them in the identical well-kept path.
Its getting close to the time that you now need to draw a flow chart. Your flow chart should be a series of blocks. In every cube as you learn a different segment put the highlights in the block, then when you study the following topic do the same in the incoming cube. This will serve as a check sheet when you are studying, to make sure you dont forget out a step. With the amount of info you are ingesting it can well be done. Not as likely when you get into the superior systems, but it can take place when acquiring the fundamental principle.
